PNOC EC Donates PPE’s to Police, Army, Air Force

9 September 2020, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City – PNOC Exploration Corporation, the oil, gas, and coal exploration and development arm of the National Government, continues its unwavering support in the fight against the Corona Virus Disease (COVID 19).
PNOC EC, under the very able leadership of Lt Gen Rozzano D Briguez (Ret), Company President and CEO, donated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the Philippine National Police Aviation Security Unit, the Philippine Army’s 44th Infantry Battalion (44IB), and the Philippine Air Force’s Tactical Operations Group 9 (TOG9).
150 sets of coveralls, 150 face shields, and 150 face masks were donated by the Company to the three units. Chief of Staff Col Ronnie C Laguda PAF (Ret) and Deputy Staff Col George J Tagle PAF (Ret) welcomed the representatives from the PNP ASU, PAF, and PA to the head office of PNOC EC at the Bonifacio Global City, and oversaw the turnover in front of the Company’s Building 1. Also assisting in the turnover was Engr Jose L Pascua, Manager of the Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Department.
As President and CEO of PNOC EC, Lt Gen Briguez has been highly active and fully supportive of the National Government’s fight against COVID 19. The Company has already donated valuable PPE and other medical supplies towards this effort to various institutions and other stakeholders, including Local Government Units and the AFP General Hospital.
