ERD Accomplishments for 2016
ERD ACCOMPLISHMENTS FOR 2016
Goat Production Facility in Zamboanga Sibugay
1) The External Relations Department (ERD) established a total of 10 livelihood programs totaling at least 1,000 members in the following areas: Zamboanga Sibugay, Naga, Cebu, and Cauayan City, Isabela.
Malangas:

Diplahan:
- Food Processing
- Dressmaking
Imelda:
- Dressmaking in Brgy Little Baguio
- Dressmaking in Brgy Lumbog
Swine Fattening Facility in Zamboanga Sibugay
Goat Production Training in Zamboanga Sibugay
Turnover of Livelihood Projects Start-up Kits in Zamboanga Sibugay
ERD assisted Human Resources in the conduct of the MRP Livelihood Training:
- Conducted in the First Quarter 2016 for 92 employees under the MRP
- Trainings were given for organic agriculture production, automotive servicing, bread and pastry production
MRP Livelihood Training in PNOC EC Basecamp, Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay
Naga:
- General Merchandising in Brgy Langtad through the Langtad Women’s Organization benefiting 60 members, January 2016
Bigasan sa Barangay and General Merchandise in Naga, Cebu
In Isabela, the livelihood programs were given for 29 members, all of whom successfully earned TESDA NC II certification. The programs were as follows:

- Food Processing
- Dressmaking
2) FPIC Process successfully completed for COC 185 and COC 186, MOA signed 15 December 2016
MOA Signing Ceremony in Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay
3) Inaugural Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey
- ERD successfully completed the inaugural Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey of PNOC EC, a GCG requirement
- Final survey results released in January 2016
- Outcomes: Highly Satisfactory (4.5 out of 5) in Stakeholder Perception; Excellent (4.6 out of 5) in Drivers (Transparency, Staff Attitude, and Professionalism)
4) Tree Planting in Isabela, November 2016
As part of the ECC compliance under COC 122, ERD led the way in a three-day tree planting activity in the following locations:

- ERD maintained support for 26 PNOC EC scholars in both high school and college levels
Recognition Day of PNOC EC Scholars in Isabela
5) Medical Mission benefiting 210 individuals in Mabini, Batangas
Medical Mission in Mabini, Batangas with PNOC EC Employee-Volunteers
6) Brigada Eskwela school cleanup, with school supplies distributed to 500 pupils in Mabini, Batangas
7) Gender and Development
- Gender Sensitivity Training was conducted from 12-13 December 2016 as part of the Gender and Development initiatives of the Company being handled by ERD
- There were 20 participants representing each of the five Divisions (Office of the President, Upstream, Downstream, Management Services, Corporate Services) of PNOC EC
