GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ANNUAL STOCKHOLDER’S MEETING VIA REMOTE CONNECTION

1. Must have at least one (1) of the following:

  • Laptop Computer
  • Desktop Computer with mic and webcam
  • Smartphone
  • Tablet

For PNOC EC Chairman of the Board, Board Directors and Officers

  • Office of the Corporate Secretary will be sending the Zoom Meeting details via email.
  • To join the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting via virtual remote access, simply open the email and click on the zoom meeting link or enter the meeting ID and passcode.
  • Once you click on the zoom meeting link, it will automatically launch the web browser or go directly to Zoom Application.
  • Please wait for the host to admit you in the meeting room.
  • Once you entered the meeting room, please don’t forget to click or tap the “use internet audio” to enable the sound.
  • You may enter the virtual meeting room 30 minutes before the meeting proper.

For PNOC EC Stockholders

  • You have to accomplish and submit the registration form or proxy form via email at asm2020@pnoc-ec.com.ph for validation, on or before September 29, 2020. (click here to download the forms)
  • Once validated, the Office of the Corporate Secretary will be sending the Zoom Meeting details via email to your registered email address.
  • To join the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting via virtual remote access, simply open the email and click on the zoom meeting link or enter the meeting ID and passcode.
  • Once you click on the zoom meeting link, it will automatically launch the web browser or go directly to Zoom Application
  • Please wait for the host to admit you in the meeting room.
  • Once you entered the meeting room, please don’t forget to click or tap the “use internet audio” to enable the sound. Also, we request to turn on your video for the duration of the meeting for identity verification purposes.
  • You may enter the virtual meeting room 30 minutes before the meeting proper.

Best Practices while in a Zoom Meeting

  • Stay muted unless you are talking to reduce background noise.
  • Make sure you sit in a well-lighted and quiet place.
  • Be mindful of what’s going on behind you. Consider having a solid behind you or turn on the virtual background.
