The bidding process of the above subject is hereby amended as follows:

A. Bid Submission:

• Re-scheduled on June 30, 2008 at 2:00PM from June 17, 2008 at 2:00PM

B. Pre-Bid Conference:

• To clarify certain issues, a Pre-Bid Conference shall be conducted at PNOC Exploration Corporation Head Office, Bldg. 1 Energy Center, Merrit Road, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on June 18, 2008 at 10:00AM.

All other terms and conditions in the Tender Documents not affected by the above changes shall remain the same.
