PNOC EC also manages and operates a private commercial port-- the Energy Supply Base (ESB) in Mabini, Batangas.

ESB offers pier services, warehousing facilities, cargo handling, equipment rental, manpower services as well as bunkering and watering services for the domestic energy industry and other commercial clients.

PNOC EC has also entered into an agreement with Zamboanga Development and Management Corporation on September 22, 2005 for the latter to put up a grains terminal and storage facility in ESB. The 25-year lease agreement, covering a one hectare land area in ESB, will pave the way for the first grains bulk handling, storage and jetty facility in Southern Luzon.
