Pursuant to I-02 of the Terms of Reference (TOR), the TOR of the above subject are hereby amended as follows:

Section I-04 of the TOR of the Bidding Schedule is amended as follows:

Deadline for the Submission of Bids of Pre-Qualified Interested Parties; Opening of Bids	June 23, 2008 (Originally June 2, 2008)
Evaluation of Bids	June 23- July 10, 2008 (Originally June 2 - 13, 2008)
Announcement of Winning Interested Party	July 11, 2008 (Originally June 16, 2008)
Execution of Final Transaction Documents (Farm-In Agreement)	July 31, 2008 (Originally June 30, 2008)

CONTENTS OF THE BIDS

In addition to information on the Work Program and Commitments required to be included in the Bid as outlined in Section 1-11 of the TOR, the following information on Technical Qualifications shall also be included in the Bid:

a. Organizational Chart / Strucutral Framework;

b. Name, Designation, and Work Experience of each key Technical Personnel; and

c. Work Scope and level of involvement of each key technical personnel for SC 59.
